For this cookie, we included Milk chocolate, White Chocolate, and Butterscotch chips. To make sure it would live up to its “All the Chips” name, we load this chewy cookie up with Michigan’s own “Better made” crinkle-cut potato chips. These potato chips add some crunch and saltiness to the cookie that really works! And finally, to help draw out the potato chip flavor we sprinkle a small amount of sea salt on every cookie.
