Here are the ingredients for our cookies!

I strive to use the best ingredients possible and never add preservatives or emulsifiers, opting for natural flavors and ingredients whenever possible. Sometimes, with the nature of some of our ingredients, they are made with emulsifiers. Chocolate chips, for example, contain emulsifiers to help them keep their shape during cooking. But we never add them to our doughs, frostings, etc. 

In the ingredient lists below, you will see that I have highlighted in bold the ingredients I add to our cookies, in nonbold letters, and, in parentheses, the ingredients used by the manufacturer to make those ingredients.
