Hello, I am Chris!

I am the owner of Aviator Cookie Company, a scratch made cookie bakery in Downtown Midland, Michigan. As an airline pilot for a major U.S. Airline, I was grounded for 9 months due to the Covid-19 pandemic causing a major halt in air travel. With all the uncertainty that 2020 brought the world, my kids, Connor and Abby and I decided to change the narrative and a create something genuinely great for our community to enjoy.

Baking has been a longtime passion of mine and owning a small business has been a lifelong dream.

At Aviator Cookie Company we specialize in making quality cookies from scratch without any added preservatives baked fresh every day. With over 40 cookie recipes of my own creation, we sell at least 12 different varieties every day on Main Street. We will always have the staples like Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin, but will be rotating daily our specialty cookies like Salted Caramel and Cinnamon Roll cookies. Aviator Cookie Company has a fun aviation themed atmosphere, featuring an actual airplane wing serving as the counter.
