This cookie is a mash-up of 2 new cookie doughs, the first is a vanilla-based chewy cookie dough loaded with Andes mint pieces. We then weave that dough with a milk chocolate-based dough loaded with vanilla chips. Then we top the cookie with a vanilla drizzle.
